Grandpa Reading to his grand children. It's been a fun evening. We had some pizza while Karla and my mom went to a church activity. After dinner we started building stroller boat that I will race in the coming Turkey Trott on Thanksgiving next week.

Karlie's Nite Out

In the last few weeks Karla started a good rewards program with our kids. Everytime they do a good act or perform a chor with little resistance they are rewarded with a noodle that they get to put in their own jar. Once their jar is full they get to go out somewhere of their choice to have a treat with Mom or Dad. Kara was the first to fill her jar and she requested some kind of icecream concocktion that you only can get a Red Robin. Karlie filled her jar the day after Kara and I took her to The Broadmoor Hotel and we walked around the lake and sat in all the fancy chairs. Afterwards we went to Get some icecream near our home. It was a fun time. Here are some photos.

Flying Pants

One of my children wanted to know what it feels like to fly so I just hung her outside the Van door as we drove through the Air Force Academy. No, just kidding. One of my children had an accident and after thorough hand washing she was left with cold wet pants. I told my wife to drive a couple of miles and they would be ready to wear. All dry now.

This is what my wife got for $6.00

She got 12 boxes of cereal, 2 artichokes, 6 bananas, 4 bags of chips, and 6 gallons of milk for $6. She still has not used the coupons that are in the boxes of cereal. This isn't even one of her best trips.

Love my Snow Removal Service

Everytime it snows my Father In Law walks the sidewalk proudly with his new snow Blower and removes more than his own snow, but my neighbors and mine as well. We always know when he is coming when we here the sound of his Blower. All the kids clamer to the window and procalim that Grandpa is clearing the snow. I'm just glad I don't have to do it with my Shovel. Thanks Grandpa.

Finally Some Snow

Last year we never went sledding because we never got snow. So when the snow finally began to stack up I got home just in time to take the girls for a surprise sledding fest at Remington Elementry. I was surprised how they just kept running up that hill over and over for another ride down without any complaints. Why then is walking home from Grandma's house so difficult?

What's a Kinz

I guess a kinz is a stuffed animal. My girls have pleanty as you can see in the photo and that is not all of them. The facination behind this game of collecting Webkinz amazes me. Whatever happend to a good old video game. Don't get me wrong, they are having fun and the activity appears to be holesome and good. I just think it's all boring.

My Favorite Christmas Gift

My mom made me this scarf for christmas. I shoud have posted this awhile ago but I just got this photo sent to me minutes ago. When people make things with their own hands it seems to come right from their hart. Thanks Mom. And I did not know she was making it right in front of my eyes.
