Sick

I hate being sick. I have not been sick or injured for over a year. I was looking forward to playing with my kids this weekend but I am stuck in bed. At least my fever has broken and I should sleep better tonight. I noticed it has been so long sinse I made a blog entry and imagine that if I think about it I could enter pages and pages of entries.

Kara' 1st Hit

Back in June Kara wanted to play Softball. This video is her first game and first time up to bat. I think I was more nervous than she was. She hit the ball the first time up to bat. She never really hit the ball very hard but she always got on base.

A nice weekend with my Mom

I managed to squeeze in some time on the weekend to go see my parants in St. George, Utah. This picture was taken last Saturday in the center of the historical district. I enjoyed our walk through the park together.

Karlie Wins Writing award

Karlie had to write a story about a new Organ in the human body. She did great. She one a $25 gift card to Barnes and Noble. I have never seen her more excited. Her new Organ is called the Regisum which is centered in the middle of your shoulder blades behind your back. The Regisum is apparantly activated when you get stressed out. Wow, I wish I had one.

A Wonderful Surprise

When I was gone for nearly three days from the kids last week I finally got home around 3:PM. I was walking around talking to Karla and suddenly Katrina followed me around with a stool so she could be at my heighth to give me a Hug. Kameron and Kara followed Katrina. Thanks Kids.

Grandpa Reading to his grand children. It's been a fun evening. We had some pizza while Karla and my mom went to a church activity. After dinner we started building stroller boat that I will race in the coming Turkey Trott on Thanksgiving next week.

Finally I can fit my truck in the garage
